Future Visual announces £400,000 in early stage investment to deliver multi-user, multi-device (VR, AR, desktop and mobile) collaboration and training.
Led by Enterprise 100, the funding will be used to further develop Future Visual’s platform VISIONxR™ enabling multi-device immersive learning and collaboration for large businesses.
Brighton, Oct. 14, 2019 — Future Visual, the creators of multi-user, multi-location, multi-device, platform VISIONxR™, today announced £400,000 in early stage investment by members of Enterprise 100, the private angel investment club operating within London Business School. The investment is led by John Bates, a Fellow in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School, who now chairs the board of Future Visual. The capital will be used to scale sales and marketing to reach more sectors and geographies as well as to further develop the VISIONxR™ platform.
The funding comes during a successful year for Future Visual, with key existing customers commissioning additional licences and content and new clients signing up. Future Visual’s platform VISIONxR™ enables users to work and learn together collaboratively in an immersive space using any device: VR, AR, desktop and mobile. Particularly relevant for high risk, high value scenarios that are either prohibitively expensive or physically impossible to recreate in the real world. VISIONxR™ reduces the cost and time of travel and enables increased retention and engagement for training and learning.
